The Cataracs - Julia

You say you've heard it all before...

Hey there guys. :D
I know. Second post in a day. You must be thinking... "God, she's got nothing to do. Bejeebus."
HAHAHAHAHAhahahaha... You're right. ._____________.
I have no life. *sobs*

Yeah. ANYVAYS! (Yay, Russian accent. Woot woot.)

The song this time is The Cataracs' Julia. This duo collab'd with other artists such as Snoop Dogg, DEV, and Far East Movement to make bass-heavy, electronic tracks.
I think of this song as a serenade. Kind of. It's like a bittersweet dubstep, or perhaps electronica. I have no idea. Wikipedia doesn't have anything. (Which is sad, honestly.)

THE SONG IS AWESOME. END OF WHATEVER STORY THERE WAS, IS, AND WILL BE.
(I couldn't think of anything better to say. I'm sorry. I skipped lunch designing this blog, and I lost all creativity. One slice of pepperoni pizza from Papa John's isn't enough for this small 4'11er.)

Oh, Julia. If you take my hand...

Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen - Good Time

Woke up on the right side of the bed...

Hey guys! :D
So, I've started a blog (I need something to do. So I did this. Believe me, it took a long time to decide what to blog about. Yeah. *sigh*)
This is for music of my taste. I'm sorry if you don't like it... But, oh well. Life is bittersweet and unfair.

A little bit about me. First of all, I'm Annie. But you can call me Omelet, Asian Omelet, A.O., Mandy, Waffle, whatever floats your boat.
I like a lot of music. Rock, emo, classical, African beats, dubstep, alternative, indie pop, the list goes on. I don't believe a song can be 'old'. I mean, come on! If people believed that the Beatles were old (not physically.), then why did they use Hey Jude in the 2012 London Olympics? (PAUL MCCARTNEY. MHM.)
I'm an Asian-American teenager currently taking residence in the States.
I'm quite stupid.
I love to write, draw, sing, play piano, and waste away on the compu of glory. Mhm.

And I believe in sharing good music with everyone. :D
Yup.

If you want more... You'll have to comment (I'm obviously a newb to Blogspot. I'm sorry. Ugh.) or something.

So, today's song is Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen's Good Time! I found it when I was skipping through Written Melodies, another great blog here on Blogspot. (They have the sheet music for it. I'm not quite sure if it's printable from Scribd, though. It didn't let me print.)
Owl City, as many may know, is a one-man band. Owl City is mostly known for the songs Strawberry Avalanche & Hot Air Balloon.
Carly Rae Jepsen is a newly debuted artist, known for her song Call Me Maybe. Her third place finish on Canadian Idol in 2007 shot her to fame and got her a recording contract. (Oooooh... *insert canned applause here*)

Anyways. Check out their song! It's actually pretty catchy.

-omelets are wonderful... don't eat me.
Good morning and good night, I wake up at twilight...
